Purchases made online at shop.scottishrugby.org
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from the Scottish Rugby Store you can return it to us up to 28 days from the date of purchase. If an item is sent back to us outwith this 28 day policy, it will be returned to you.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to facilitate an exchange for items bought online, at present the process in place requires the items to be refunded and for a subsequent order to be made.
Please make sure the products are in a saleable condition, unworn and with the original packaging and any labels still attached. We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned in an un-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be returned to you. We cannot offer any refund or exchange on any underwear (including socks removed from their packaging), jewellery or masks unless proven faulty.
1. Fill out the returns form included in your order or download a copy here
2. Seal the package securely including all packaging and swing tags
3. Post it to the following address;

4. Once received into our warehouse the refund will be processed to the original payment method. (within 7-14 days)
* Returns can also be handed in to our store at Scottish Rugby Store, where they will then be passed on to our online store staff who will process the refund online.
If you are posting items back to us, we strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt and tracking number. We are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Please note that refunds do not include return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent to you in error.
Purchases made in store at Scottish Gas Murrayfield or by telephone
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from the Scottish Rugby Store you can return it to us within 28 days of purchase with the receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns without a till receipt*.
Items can be returned directly to our store at Scottish Gas Murrayfield or by post to the address shown above. When returning an item, please make sure the items are in in a saleable condition, unworn and with any labels still attached.
